    <div class="moz-cite-prefix">I think members should be able to join
      the class for free if we're not paying the instructor or perhaps
      we share the fee with the instructor and members can make a
      donation.  I think the solar classes have shown that we can
      attract new people from the surrounding area to join us briefly. 
      Perhaps we could also hand out a little informational flyer on
      FUUSM with class materials.  I do think a fee for non-members is a
      great way to increase revenue, and we need to have them pay ahead
      of time so that they are more likely to show up, and not waste the
      instructor's time.  I hope to join the meeting of the Green
      Sanctuary Committee Sun. to throw out some ideas for

        donations like we do for the gardening classes, it helps raise
        some revenue.  I think we need to be careful with the fees
        because many times a large number of attendees are already
        church members and they already donate so much, both money and
        time.....but it is definitely an idea worth considering.

              thinking that there might be opportunities for advertising
              to generate revenue at such a forum.  This would enable us
              to connect with regional businesses and like-minded
              individuals who would support the efforts of such a
              forum.  This might increase revenue for the committee and
              FUUSM in general.  Also, I am wondering if we want to
              consider how offering classes such as the ones we did this
              year could increase revenue as well.  In another month it
              will be time for Jay and I to begin planning 2020 and how
              we will offer classes.  It seems that there might be other
              folks who could teach for a fee and then split the fee
              with the committee - activism, healthy fast food, etc.  I
              am willing to offer some time to help massage these and
              other ideas.  Hopefully I will be able to stay for the

                memberships in the Ohio Environmental Council and
                Friends of the Lower Muskingum River totaling $100.</p>
              <p class="MsoNormal">Some small amount of money remains in
                this fund, but we don’t expect that amount to be able to
                cover the costs of the big, attention-grabbing
                sustainability forum we’re envisioning for this winter.</p>
              <p class="MsoNormal">Please note that the Green Sanctuary
                Committee has raised more than $1,000 for the FUUSM
                General Fund through four solar energy classes in a fee
                splitting arrangement with Blue Rock Station. Our
                fund-raising projects have not only supported FUUSM’s
                solar installation and expansion, and the electrical
                interconnectivity of the two buildings, but also matched
                a $10,000 grant to improve energy efficiency in the RE
                building. We have brought in more money to the FUUSM
                General Fund than we are seeking to cover expenses
                related to a Sustainability Forum.</p>
              <p class="MsoNormal">Again, we are seeking a Green
                Sanctuary Committee line in the budget for $500 to cover
                costs associated with a planned Sustainability Forum.</p>
