Washington Avenue Parkersburg, WV is MOVCA's next business meeting. This
is open to the public, though it is not the meeting that is centered
around public presentations, it is for the conducting of MOVCA business.

Washington Avenue Parkersburg, WV is MOVCA's next public meeting with a
presentation scheduled by Wayne Nofrack

regarding preventing further leasing/fracking of Ohio's Wayne National
Forest. The presentation will tie in nicely with MOVCA's local and
regional goals and mission statement and be very informative. This
meeting is also a chance to get engaged and active with MOVCA.

approval):WV SUN partnering with Ohio SUN Informational Session on
forming a Mid-Ohio Valley Solar Cooperative. More info forthcoming
*Monday, March 27th *is Hemp Day at the WV Capitol sponsored by the WV
Hemp Industries Association. MOVCA has been cordially invited by Robby
Kerr <https://www.facebook.com/robby.hemp> to attend this event centered
around the economic and environmental impact of industrial hemp and
advocating for diversifying WV's economy.

- March for Science *April 22, 8am - 5pm*, National Mall in DC
(https://www.marchforscience.com/) March for Science and the Earth Day
Network are co-organizing a rally and teach-in on the National Mall in
Washington, D.C. The March for Science is an international movement, led
by organizers distributed around the globe. This movement is taking
place because of the simultaneous realization by thousands of people who
value science in their lives that staying silent is no longer an option.
There are marches being planned across the United States and
internationally. To date, marches are planned in Ohio: Columbus,
Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, Mansfield; and in West Virginia:
Charleston, Morgantown.
