[Green] Call for agenda items

I have tweaked Linda Lawton's thank you letter and am attempting to share
it with you.

Chris and I will not be at services or the Green Sanctuary meeting Sunday.
Please make any suggestions/adjustments to this letter so we can get it
finalized.
