[Green] DRAFT Invitation to Just Dinner fund raiser, and tickets

Letter and tickets look good.  I agree with the change in the wording for
price that Cindy mentioned, indicating a 25% discount.
Don't forget to correct the FUUSUM typo on the letter.

Tickets are important to get the word out and act as a reminder.  But it is
important that we also take a list of names as we get RSVPs in case someone
loses their tickets (like me!)
