[Green] Draft press release for Solar Match Fund

Thanks for all your work, Dawn.  
Not many edits are needed. I think there should be "are" instead of "is" in the second paragraph. Also I did not like the word "righteous" in the last paragraph about our dinner. Righteous seems to be boastful or something,  though maybe it's not. 

I'll be back sometime this fall. Glad you are making progress on the solar panels.
