[Green] Green Sanctuary Committee Annual Report

Chris,

I’m sorry this is late. (Technically, it’s NOT late!  It was due April 4, and it’s still April 4 by one hour.)

I’m having a very busy spring, and somehow didn’t catch wind of the need for an annual report from the committee due April 4—until two days ago, when I was out of town visiting a friend.

I’ve cobbled this together without knowing what is expected, and without review or approval by others on the committee. It is probably not comprehensive, but I’m confident that it is accurate. I hope it’s what the council needs.  If not, let me know and I can try again.
