[Fuusm-l] Save Ohio Parks and Sternwheel Festival

FUUSM Folks,

    We are pleased to welcome Melinda Zemper, Board Member of Save Ohio
Parks, who will be visiting us for the Sternwheel Festival this coming
weekend. Melinda will be giving a short presentation on Saturday about Save
Ohio Parks at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.. She will then  go out with us
(in pairs) to distribute literature, have conversation, and encourage
people to send a message to Governor DeWine urging him to call a moratorium
on new permits for fracking   in public lands.

    I spoke to the Safety Service Director of the City of Marietta and
there are some restrictions on where we can canvass people (north of Butler
St).

     There will be some food available in the Fellowship Hall to fortify us
for these efforts.

     I've attached copies of the two documents that we'll be using for this
event with Sternwheel Festival visitors.
