FUUSM Family,

The November Circle Supper was a successful completion of our 2023 cycle of
Circle Suppers.

We typically don’t have a December Circle Supper to avoid holiday overload
in the Thanksgiving-to-Christmas period. So, I am taking advantage of this
lull to begin developing the host schedule for 2024.

A central characteristic of our FUUSM Family is the sense of community that
we have. And Circle Suppers have been an important vehicle for building
that community. So please, consider hosting a Circle Supper.

There are a couple of options to consider for hosting a Circle Supper.

 * Where ... Besides your home, consider the option of the FUUSM Social
Hall. The latter has the space, parking, and facilities. We have had
several Circle Suppers there, and it works very well.

 * Teaming up. We really recommend this approach, no matter where you plan
to hold it. Teaming up with others helps to spread out the workload, both
on the preparation before and the cleaning up after. Plus, like a lot of
things, it is just more fun to do work with others.

Please check your calendars and see if you would be available to host a
Circle Supper next year. These will typically be on the 2nd Saturday of
the month, but the dates can be adjusted as needed to avoid scheduling
conflicts. So, for 2024, the Circle Supper planning dates are …

            Jan. 10 Feb. 10 Mar. 9

            Apr. 13 May 11 Jun. 8

Jul. 13 Aug. 10 Sep. 14

Oct. 12 Nov. 9

Please reply by email to let me know if you can host a Circle Supper in
2024. If you are considering the FUUSM Social Hall option, the earlier you
let me know, the sooner we can reserve the space.

Thanks,

Darryl Ting
