[Fuusm-l] Volunteer Opportunity at the Fort Street Pollinator Habitat

Workers needed on September 17


The goal: creating a brick mowing edge along the Fort Street side of the pollinator habitat.

The tasks:

  *   digging a three-inch-deep trench

  *   loading bricks into wheelbarrows and moving them to where they are needed

  *   laying bricks in the trench to create the edge.

The start time: 8:00 AM

Marietta Morning Rotary has committed volunteers to the project, but this edging will extend for more than 250 feet. The more workers we have, the more quickly it will be completed.
