[Fuusm-l] Last Call for Pie Crust Class Sign-up

I just got the list from the Service Auction and 4 people signed up for
this class.  I wanted to give folks a last chance to sign up before I close
the class and start contacting participants to arrange a date.

Making great pie crust has been a challenge for many bakers (myself
included).  But when I found this approach, I was successful the very first
time I tried it over 4 years ago ... and have been ever since.  So you know
that it's fool-proof.  It tastes GREAT (has Mother Neeva's stamp of
approval).  And you'll be a hero to your family!

The Details ....
For $35, you get a small piece of pie (so you can taste the result); a
written recipe and the ingredients for 1 crust; an explanation of the
theory behind the approach (so you'll know why it works); a hands-on
demonstration (you'll make one from scratch); and a pie crust (you'll take
yours home).  I'm guessing the class session will last about 2 hours.

We'll do the class in the kitchen of the FUUSM Fellowship Hall ... max of 6
participants per class (multiple classes if needed).  Covid vaccination
w/boosters and masks are required since we will be working in close
quarters.
