[Fuusm-l] Congregational Survey

One of the responsibilities of the Committee on Ministry is conducting a congregational assessment of the minister.  We included an article about this in the Confluence.  In fulfilling this responsibility, we are asking for your help in completing the survey at the attached link. The COM used questions from the assessment instrument of the UUA but we did not include all the questions.  To have done so would have resulted in a 12 page survey.  We distilled the UUA instrument into the succinct survey (just over 20 questions) that you can find by following this link:

Please complete the survey as soon as possible but no later than December 1.  It is important to hear everyone's perspective so please take time to complete this brief survey.
If you prefer to complete a paper version, there will copies of a paper survey in the church office no later than Wednesday November 17.  If you complete a paper survey members of the committee will input your responses into the database to assure their inclusion.
