One of the responsibilities of the Committee on Ministry is conducting a congregational assessment of the minister. We included an article about this in the Confluence. In fulfilling this responsibility, we are asking for your help in completing the survey
at the attached link. The COM used questions from the assessment instrument of the UUA but we did not include all the questions. To have done so would have resulted in a 12 page survey. We distilled the UUA instrument into the succinct survey (just over
20 questions) that you can find by following this link:</div>
