[Fuusm-l] Pie Crust Class - Correction

FUUSM Family,

My sincere apologies ... I had the wrong date on the first issue of this
announcement.  The class is on Jan. 21 ... Jan. 21 ... Jan. 21.  (Maybe
I'll remember if I say it often enough.)

The Pie Crust Making Class that was offered in the Service Auction ($25 per
person) is set for Tuesday, Jan. 21, 7-9pm.  And we have space for 3 more
people.  So if you are interested in learning how to make a flakey, tender,
and delicious pie crust, let me know by Jan. 14.

My own attempts at pie crust were frustrating failures ... until I tried
this method and had success ever since.  Even our baking guru, Neva Rees,
approved of this pie crust ... "don't change a thing".  You don't get
endorsements any better than that.
