For this Sunday, Feb 17, the Today’s Issues group will discuss two articles
from the Feb 7 issue of the New York Review of Books (if that is too much,
one will be put off a week).

Page 21, David Cole, “The Path of Greatest Resistance,” a review of two
books on theuse of computer networks by social movements and why some
succeed and others fail.

Page 33, Ruth Margolin, a review of “The Real Lolita: The Kidnapping of
Sally Horner and the Novel that Scandalized the World”

The group meets in the parlor of the Religious Education building next to
the church. Please do the readings and join our lively discussion.

I sent out a copy of these readings last week (we didn't get to them thanks
to Ernie's outstanding slide show on Vermeer). If anyone doesn't have
them, just email me.
