[Fuusm-l] Today's Issues Readings for Sunday

For this Sunday, July 15, the Today’s Issues group will discuss two
articles from the June 28 issue of the New York Review of Books:

P. 22, Kaya Genç, “Sex Changes in Turkey” a discussion of transgender
identities in Turkey and in the Ottoman past.

P. 59, Michael Ignatieff, “Making Room for God,” a review of three books
about liberal religion, one of them from an atheist’s point of view

The group meets at 9:30 in the parlor of the Religious Education building
next to the Church.  Please do the readings and join our lively discussion.
