[Fuusm-l] Hillary vs Donald discussion on October 2

The Today's Issues discussion group will discuss two topics on October 2;

1.  The election debates between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The
reading for this is "Hillary and Donald: The Benefit of the Doubt" in the
September 29 issue of the New York Review of Books, page 65.  In addition,
of course, we will discuss yesterday's debate and its impact.

2.  "Why Growth Will Fall" a review by William Nordhaus of a new book *The
Rise and Fall of American Growth *by Robert Gordon.  The review is in the
August 18 issue of the New York Review of Books, on page 64.

Copies of both readings are attached.

We meet at 9:30 in the parlor in 232 Third Street, the white house next to
the church where the office is.  Everyone is welcome to join our lively
discussion.
