FREE PRESENTATION:  Simple Qigong Exercise Class

 

Marietta, Ohio - Wednesday, July 13, 7:00 pm, at 232 Third St, Marietta, OH
(UU Church basement).

 

Open to the public.  No charge to attend; love donations accepted.

 

Participants follow along to simple exercises demonstration led by Rex
Scarberry.

 

Qigong, an ancient Chinese health care system, integrates physical postures,
breathing and focused intentions.  The word Qigong means cultivating energy,
and is practiced to maintain health and increase vitality.  Anyone can
benefit, regardless of age, ability, belief system or life circumstances.
