For December 11, 2016, the Today's Issues group will discuss two essays
from the December 8 issue of the New York Review of Books

page 20: Rena Foroohar, "The Brutal Battle over the Euro"

page 42, Christian Caryl, "The Kurds are Nearly There"

A copy of the readings in Word format is attached.

The group meets in the parlor of the Religious Education building next to
the church, from 9:30 to 10:50.  Everyone is invited to join our lively
discussions.
