[Council] Fwd: one thing - sorry

In June of 2022, the first performance evaluation of the minister was
conducted.  Prior to that session, Committee Chair were invited to have
input, responding to appropriate sections of the evaluation instrument.
This year's evaluation team of Nancy Luthy (Board), Katy McDaniel (CoM0 and
Chris Jacobs (at-large) would welcome your input.  Please respond by May
10th, submitting your written comments to one of the Team members or to
Dawn.
Also, there were 4 goals identified last year, two of which were
directly related to Committee Chair.
Goal 3 stated: "The minister will work cooperatively with the supervisors
or other staff, communicating regularly and effectively, treating her/him
with respect and providing constructive feedback and resources as needed.
 Under normal circumstances, the minister will respond within 48 hours to
messages or contact from staff.  Plans made jointly by the other staff and
the Minister will not be changed unilaterally.  The supervisor and the
Minister will jointly resolve any identified issues with those staff
members.  If requested by the Minister, the supervisor or the staff member,
the Committee on Ministries will assist in finding resolution."
*"Staff" includes Committee Chair; "other staff" = those supervised by
Committee chairs."*
Goal 4 stated:  "The Minister will participate in the annual evaluation of
all other staff."  Buildings & Grounds Chair  *and*  Worship & Music Chair
should respond to this goal.
Please consult with those you supervise and respond to the goals: if they
were met, whether improvements are still needed, etc.
