[Council] Green Sanctuary June meeting minutes

The June meeting of the Green Sanctuary Committee was short because it occurred between our lunch and services at Parkersburg City Park, and the interfaith service on the main stage. Still, we did meet, and at our July meeting, we approved these meeting minutes.
