This is one of the solutions we were going to recommend with our Chalice 
Lighter Project report/findings.  I did visit some other congregations 
to discuss how they were making things work and honestly it makes sense 
because this is a different age where people have unique needs.  We 
could hire a grief counselor to do funerals and other situations related 
to grief.  We could hire a counselor to visit people in the hospital or 
make appointments with FUUSM folks who need to talk.  Just some of the 
solutions we discussed last year.  Annie
