As I look ahead to August and our usual meeting date, I realize that I will be out of town on the first Wednesday, August 2.  
What shall we do?
I can prepare an agenda before I leave and then have you meet without me.
OR
We can meet earlier than usual on August 9, the second Wednesday.
 
Other Options?
 
[I would really like to avoid the Zoom option and just totally relax at Chautauqua.]
