Hi, Dawn --  That line has been scratched out of printed copies of the suggested information to include in the Welcome.  

You certainly are not expected to produce a large print copy.  I’ll be sure that the reference copy in the entrance desk is accurate, and I will send out the revised version to potential Worship Associates.

Dear Worship & Music team,

Finally, I’ve remembered to inform you of this while I am at work: 

For my entire tenure as church lady (just shy of one year) I have never, not once, created a large-print order of service in addition to the regular OOS. I have not been instructed to create a second version of the OOS. If instructed to do so, I will, but I think the problem is that they often went unused, even when attendance numbers were higher. The compromise is that the regular OOS uses (mostly) 14-font type. All the “important” text is in that pretty-darn large font. 

No one has complained about lack of a large-print OOS, so until someone does, or until instructed, I will continue creating every OOS in a mostly 14-point font. 

Please don’t say that large-print orders of service are available in the back of the sanctuary. They are not.
