[Worship] Greeters for services in future

Hi, Dawn and W&M,
Considering how often the persons named on our host/greeters spreadsheet
have turned out to be unavailable by the time the service takes place,
membership made the decision to have only the host identified in the order
of service. Hosts will be responsible for inviting greeters to serve on the
Sundays they lead the welcoming team. We'll keep the spreadsheet for now,
and if we need to return to what we've been doing, we'll re-evaluate.
