If you want to use this for the Confluence...This is being sent out to
local media outlets and the tourism office.
Marietta OH: First Unitarian Universalist Society of Marietta will be
holding their annual Day of the Dead Sunday service beginning at 11 am.
The service is designed to pay homage to loved ones who have died.
Guests are invited and are encouraged to bring a photo or other memento
to add to the special altar prepared for the event.
Immediately following the service there will be a special coffee hour
with a barista and seasonal treats. Guests are encouraged to attend.
At 12:30 there will be a scheduled guided tour for anyone interested in
learning mover about the building which was constructed in 1857, paid
for Nehum Ward, a local wealthy man who owned more then 100,000 acres in
Ohio.
