6. Financial Matters: The Committee approved a donation of $250 to UU The Vote from the Worship & Music account. Kat will complete the donation online and request reimbursement.
7. Budget Requests for 2021-2022: Martha revised the proposal as discussed and submitted it to Ted Goertzel.
8. Annual Report: Revisions to last year’s and content for this year’s
9. Choir/Music Update: Suzyn
10. The Committee decided to ask committees/groups to reflect on how they are, or intend to be, mindful and authentic in cherishing all life and then to be a part of, or to take responsibility for, a worship service on that 2020-2021 theme. The Committee hopes that this approach will deepen insight into the purpose of the committee/group, will increase involvement of members/friends, and will inform the congregation of the activities of the committees/groups. Adeline included information about this initiative in The Confluence for October.
Green Sanctuary has requested a Sunday in April 18.
Men’s Group, coordinated by Ted Goertzel, will do a reading and the reflection on March 14
Martha will report as she makes follow-up contacts with the Board, Board of Trust Governors, Caring Committee, Building & Grounds, Membership, BRIDGES, Finance.
11. Personnel Evaluations – The Board has asked that the W & M Committee take responsibility for evaluating the Choir Director and the Pianist. Adeline will locate information about the Choir Director job description; Martha will inquire about the one for Pianist.
12. Matters Arising?
