Just a clarification:  The Worship & Music Planning Session at 11:00 a.m. will be in-person in the Social Hall (with Zoom option for those who opt for it).  Please be on time or early.  We will have only an hour to discuss before the courtyard service.

  1.  What are we trying to do with what we provide or link to?  


  (e.g., What needs are we meeting?  What results are we hoping for?)
  2.  What options are available for achieving those aims?

Smaller Circle Worship in person, First Sample Sun. March 22 12 Noon 
Spring Blessing @ Noon in the Courtyard.  (video & post).
Offered more frequently, accessible by zoom.
Meditation Video - Wed. April 1 Noon.  Zoom possible, could serve for one mode of check-in.


Rotate Leaders, different times for different groups?  
FUUSM Family Time via Zoom/  Care Packages?


Weekly Email with Joys & Sorrows shared, and a simple photo.
Email Reflection or Meditation to be shared or posted, could include a photo.


DeCentralized Sharing - People sharing through FaceBook and email.
Careful about sending too much through the FUUSM-L   
Invite people to use FUUSM-Chat for sharing generally, protect FUUSM-L for official announcements


Thank-you to Martha for preparing the W&M Annual Report & Budget.
There is great uncertainty about the budget, so we might review priorities with those limits in mind.
The next regular monthly meeting on Wed. April 1 (5pm) can be in person/zoom meeting.
