Hi Martha,
 
I brought up the request to undecorate the fence on January 3rd to the Men’s Group on last night’s Zoom meeting and had at least five men who acknowledged they would assist after the face to face Fire Communion Service.  I may be unavailable on the 3rd but George, Ralph and Mike Lang are familiar with storage of the decorations.
 
I suggest that the Worship and Music Committee begin the process to consider how best to decorate the exterior of the church for next year.  Our door hangers are in poor condition and some of the light strings are no longer functioning properly.  Although we were able to pull off a respectful decorating effort with what was available, I feel we may need more time to plan and procure appropriate décor for next year – both inside and outside of the church should be considered.
