Hi, Kat --  The statement about the service format is very helpful.  Please see some places that, for clarity,  I've broken thoughts into smaller chunks and created a "poster-like" display.  You may see other ways to smooth out or highlight the information.  

I'm not sure where the request for response about gathering in the Sanctuary should be placed.  It is lost at the end of the format statement.  Is it a separate email?  Anyway, I thought W & M had stated that we wouldn't attempt in-church services until the community conditions made it possible. SOOO I'm puzzled about including the question.

Current FUUSM Standard Format Fall 2020
Time of Gathering & Greeting    (Open Zoom ~10:30-10:55 a.m.)
    Welcome to F.U.U.S.M.  Please enjoy a time of gathering and greeting one another via Zoom.

Musical Prelude and Welcome Slide  (Transition - 10:55 a.m.) 
    So that we can pause before the beginning of the service and establish a reverent space, please mute yourselves when the welcome slide appears and the Prelude begins.  [To avoid distractions, the host may also mute all participants.]  

11:00 a.m. - Beginning of worship service
    The worship service is shared via Zoom and also streamed Live to Facebook.

Joys & Sorrows will be toward the end of the service and that portion of the service will not be included in public postings. 

After the worship service, there will be additional open time for sharing and socializing.

Announcements    (Keeping all informed)
    Please limit spoken announcements to essential facts.   
    Also utilize the Office Weekly Update.   It’s a good habit to include Chris Keller in the FUUSM Office fuusm at suddenlinkmail.com for all calendar items and programs.  
    You can share directly via the email list (FUUSM-L) for official church events and news, but please be mindful about replying to the whole list.  Doing so creates many more emails than necessary, and we have received negative feedback.
