5.. Budget Proposal - how the proposed budget for 2019-2020 aligns with what was approved.
6.. Outside Greeters - The W & M Committee recommended that Membership Committee add greeters outside in order to identify need for the lift and to facilitate its use. Adeline reported that they don't feel they have the people to do so. Roger Kalter and the Safety Team will be brought into the discussion. The Committee also identified the need for a "lift orientation" so that all Worship Associates and Greeters are familiar with how to operate the lift. Action plan??
7.. New Theme for 2019-2020: How do we address the paradox of "We"?
The Committee had a lively and clarifying discussion of the meaning of the theme question. The discussion included examination of the concepts individualist/collectivist and the Self.
9.. Services for April - August:
· clarification of various service/outreach activities of the local congregation and endeavors with UUA, UUSC, etc. and their relationship with FUUSM principles, mission

· Katy McDaniel - Dark Tourism (responsibility of deity or humans?) Martha is awaiting response. Other date in September?
· Consolidation reflection for services related to theme for 2018-19 - Kat end of August
· On the day of the Planetarium visit, the topic for the Cozy Conversation will be the theme question for 2018-19: How can we inspire leaders for a complex world? BRIDGES has identified August 18 or 25 for the Planetarium.
· Possible speakers: Robin Bozian, artists: Cynthis Ting, Dani, Morgan/Owen
· Workshop service: prayer flags - Kat and Peg will take the lead on the service; Jane Tumas-Serna is willing to help.
· Mind maps may help the congregation identify how they are active in FUUSM efforts/activities and what additional options they would like.
10.. Theme for Year 2018-2019: "How can we inspire leaders for a complex world?" [Try inductive approach and re-cap]
