7.. Budget Proposal for 2018-19: The Committee approved a budget request for $4315.
*As of April 8, 2018, the Finance Committee has reduced the budget to $3315.
Martha and Shari will communicate to the Finance Committee and the Board that the Committee suggests that, starting with the new fiscal year, when Martha Webster contracts to take full responsibility for preparation of and direction of a particular piece, she be paid $50, which is the rate for a guest musician.

11.. Purchase of multiple copies of Singing the Journey (Teal Supplement): Martha We currently have about ten copies of the supplement and need at least 40 more. The price is $20 each for 1 to 9 copies, $16 each for 10 or more copies. Therefore, 10 copies would cost $160; 40 copies would cost $640.
