[Worship] Worship & Music Comm Sign-up Event for Coffee Hour Jan 29

Hi, Worship & Music Folks --

Below and attached, you will find the sign-up sheet that we will use during Sunday's coffee hour (January 29).  I'll make copies and have them available for you.  Even though people may be talking to you about a particular area, they can checkmark multiple areas on one form.  We'll compile them and make a follow-up/resource list.  
(If they are in the directory, we need only their names.)

As I talked with Adeline this morning, she was recalling that the following persons are slated to be at five stations:
Music (Choir & Special Music) -- Adeline Bailey, Suzyn Mills
Worship Associate -- Tabatha Hubbard, Shari Miller
Time for All Ages -- Kat Hawbaker, Cindy Burton
Arts & Aesthetics -- Jane Tumas-Serna, LeeAnn Gallucci
Membership on Worship & Music Committee -- Martha McGovern  
    [I'm envisioning that I might stand by the easel to encourage suggestions for reflection topics, speakers, musicians, recordings, stories or songs AS I recruit for the committee.]
    Thanks to Kat for creating the easel visual and mechanism for collecting input.

Our plan is to wear choir stoles to make ourselves visible.  Does anyone know where those stoles are?  If we can't locate them, we can each wear a BRIGHT scarf.

Thanks to all for helping with this event!  I look forward to re-entry into congregational operation!
