1.. Minutes of the meeting on May 4 were approved.
2.. Correspondence: Shari -- Please send thank you notes to Archives Committee for May 29 service and to BRIDGES for the service on May 8.
3.. The committee discussed ways to follow-up on the hospice presentation. Is the summer 10:00 a.m. time feasible? Would a session of two times per week for two/three weeks be a good format? Kat will communicate with the Visiting Team at the June meeting and with Adult RE. She will consider how to approach the congregation about on-going update of the church files.
4.. Set-up for Summer Services: Kat will coordinate with Nancy Novak and the Team about set-up for summer services during the week of June 13. The piano will be tuned on June 2, and Kat has made arrangements for the payment. Martha will be sure that WAs have a copy of the WA Duties for the summer services in FH. Adeline will coordinate with the Membership Committee.
5.. Storage of Chairs in FH: The Committee observed that we need to improve our method of storing the chairs for FH. Martha will convey the concern to Buildings & Grounds and the Unclutter Corps.

2.. Special Music Team: Suzyn reported that Melissa Cox of Mythica will be unable to perform for a coffeehouse on Sunday, July 3. Emerson Shimp and the C-Notes are booked up for August, but Suzyn will see when they are free in the fall.
Suzyn is still searching for music stands.

3.. Piano Task Force: Suzyn reported that Randy & Jessica are planning a concert for early October 2016. Each will receive 25% of the proceeds, and 50% of the proceeds will go to the Piano Fund.

7.. Pianist: Because music is such an essential and integral part of the worship service, the Committee would like to recommend that arrangements with the pianist reflect the valuable contribution he makes to all services. Martha will send a copy of the Committee's position to John Kidd of the Finance Committee and to the Board.
8.. Summer Services and Theme for Year 2016-17: The group concurred that the summer services can start to weave in the year's theme of "What does democracy look like?" Kick-off will be July 3.
