        Sanctuary Decoration Team: Thanks to Women’s Group about
        decoration of the Sanctuary for the Holidays. Men’s Group (Gary
        Hamilton) about decoration of the outside of the church. January

        Piano Task Force*: Suzyn*will contact Joe Baker to clarify
        membership of this group.

        Technology Task Force: Purchase of ELMO or other items deferred
        until after capital campaign plans or budget plans set

*GROUP ACTIVITY*– Children gather in Fellowship Hall for an activity, 
combining the K-3 and 4-8 classes (maybe the youth group, but they 
normally opt to meet as a group elsewhere)

*EXTENDED OPENING*– Children/youth stay in the Sanctuary for a longer 
period of time than usual, after which they leave to go to class or 
activity, depending on the date (see below)
