Please help me problem-solve this coverage.  Tabatha Hubbard is scheduled to be WA that day, but she will need much support before, during, and after this complex and important service.

Martha,

If my notes are correct, I agreed to help with the fire communion at the Jan. 3rd worship service.  However, I now have a conflict with my part-time job as auction assistant for Randy Clark auctions at the Dexter City Auction House.  He has scheduled an auction for the same day.  I will be glad to meet with someone to review what we have done in the past and to help with the set up of the candles table for the fire communion.  Sorry for letting you down on this but I really need the money.
