[Women] parkersburg member here

 I did that once and nobody replied that they would come so I'm not in a hurry to go through that let down again. That is the reason I'm asking if anyone would consider coming?

Years ago when I was attending the church more regularly I had scheduled to host  a circle supper here in my home in Parkersburg. I really was excited to host the event. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON REPLIED  that they would attend so I canceled it. That was a BIG LET DOWN for me It made me feel like if I live in Parkersburg I will never feel like part of the church community. I stopped attending the church. I do attend every Sunday via zoom and I give my pledge money every year and have sent that money religiously for several years.but I don't want to feel like I will always be an "outsider". So back to my original question. If I wanted to schedule a women's group meeting or circle supper here in my home home would people attend ?? I would love to hear your honest thoughts.Thank you Joyce Urbaniak
