I just received the following suggestion for our topic from Martha McGovern:

SO - the Worship and Music Committee members suggest that the discussion
topics on February 12 could be
What qualities would you like in minister?
What duties should be included in any contract?
What expectations of participation or support would the Women's Group, in
particular, desire?
