[Women] Women's Group calendar & hosting

While it's fresh on my mind after last night's wonderful gathering...

You may have missed the calendar that was attached to the March meeting
notification, so here it is again in two formats.

Hosts...
Double check your month and let me know if I've put you in the wrong place.

A week or so before your meeting, send an email to the list reminding
everyone of the meeting place and time and including any specific details
[topic, etc]. Keep an eye on RSVPs so you'll know approximately how many to
expect.

If you are hosting at the Social Hall, contact Dawn or Kat about getting
into the building to set up. Depending on the calendar, you may be able to
do this the day before. There are instructions for turning on and operating
the coffee machine and the dish sanitizer. Fortunately, there are also
plenty of us who can help with both of these.

Hosts typically provide some sort of beverage[s] in addition to coffee, but
are not responsible for providing wine or other adult beverages - unless
they so choose. Likewise, hosts may elect to provide a "main" entree, but
that too is up to the hosts.

If you find that you're unable to host the month you chose, feel free to
trade with someone else or post it to the group to see if someone can pinch
hit for you.
