I plan to attend - whatever works best to accommodate the attendees is fine with me.  Maybe we should just plan on the fellowship hall to begin with? Then we know there’s plenty of room AND air conditioning.

The women's group monthly potluck theme is "Gratitude" (what about the Earth creates gratitude for you?) and will be held August 9th at 622 Eighth St.  We plan to have the air conditioners going strong so everyone is comfortable.  I think we can accommodate 25. There are four steps to get to the front door. Parking is only available on the street facing west (coming from downtown).  If we have more than 25 register we will move to the social hall which is available (thanks Dawn for the info).

Here's the poll I'd like you to answer to offer some guidance:

___ Yes I want to meet at 622 first and then go to the air-conditioned social hall
