I have received a number of replies and it looks like Tuesday and Wednesday are good times for work parties. I will be there Tuesday and Wednesday at 9 am. Her move out date is now Friday, which helps. 

Warning: the house is not clean and it is smells. Linda Sue uses a lot of Febreeze. I wanted to let you in case you have dust or perfume allergies.
