Chris  - I was thinking how confusing this was getting with so many writing that they weren’t coming and why, etc. Some even twice.  I only remember two who said they were coming, but there’s been such a barrage of no’s that I lost track.  
Maybe the protocol should be only those who are def coming should reply?  Makes it much easier for the host, and makes more sense with such a large group. 
This is, of course, only my own humble opinion. I don’t really have a dog in this race. ��

Dear Ladies:

Please let me know by 4:00 pm today ( Tuesday ) if you plan to come.

So far, I have heard from the ones who cannot come. I only have one definite and one possibility.

I may cancel the outing if there are no other women coming. I am game to hold if there are only five or six. 

One woman plans to stay overnight. It can be a fun outing / adventure.
