[Women] greetings -- Check-in

Checking in! Glad to hear from all of you. Chris and I are holed in up
north, in Scio, where we can keep an eye on our little fur children (two
cats) and we can be a phone call away from my dad and uncle.
Chris is working online setting up labs and assisting professors from a
distance as MC transitions to online for the remainder of the school year.
We're definitely off school till at least Apr. 6. My school system elected
to use this time just as an extended Spring break with encouraged reading
and learning at home. But after the 3 weeks are up, we will be
transitioning to some kind of online education. Using Zoom and whatever
else we can muster.
I have to say this intimidates me a bit and I'm not even sure where to
begin. So I've been at least participating in some of our UU Zoom
meetings, and tried a couple Zoom live streamed fitness classes. Guess
I'll be learning more and more about technology in the weeks to come.
Thrilled to hear music from Randy. Trying to get some house cleaning done,
but not very successfully.....not bored enough yet I guess. Reading,
getting caught up on some tv shows, cooking real meals (which unfortunately
means dishes) and trying not to get sucked into the facebook rabbit hole
too often. Also taking advantage of all the sites online that are offering
free resources for teachers.
Hope everyone stays healthy and spends this time relaxing with family and
doing things you enjoy!
