Basically you just need someone in charge of moderating and introducing  the next act and people sign up to fill "time slots".  There needs to be a time limit for each performance.  The one I went to was around 3 minutes.  There should also be a person who is over tech so the moderator doesn't have to worry about it.

Some of us have been meeting up on Mondays at 6:30 for a wonderful time of exploring goddesses.  Several of us have discussed how much we miss getting together so I'm wondering how we might find a way to connect in July and August.  I signed up to host the August get together so I'm eager to have some suggestions of things we might do that do not require us to physically get together.  Perhaps a scavenger hunt where we share what we found in a Zoom event or each cook something to eat and share the recipes.  Do you have some suggestions of something we could do?  Just some thoughts.  Annie
