Hello FUUSM Women,

Our October potluck dinner will be at my house on Weds., 10/11/17 @ 6:00 p.m.

With the hectic holidays soon upon us, and the many demands we all face with family, work & community activities, I’m suggesting Self Care as our topic for discussion.

Do you have some practices / tips to share for ways your nurture yourself?

Do you find it difficult to prioritize and practice self care?

Carpooling, as always, is a good idea. With college in session, parking can be a challenge in our neighborhood.
