[Men] Mens group this Wed 15 November - Roast & help setting up

Gil,

I’m recovering from a knee revision surgery and don’t expect to attend tomorrow evening.

Ted indicated he would be there by 5:30 and can get the key from the office..

Would someone with a key let Gil know that they can be there by 5:15 to open the Social Hall?

I will be early to get things set up and begin the gathering.  I'd say 5:15 should give more than adequate time to set up.  Jonathan, Elaine can call me from the parking lot and I'll come out with hot mitts to handle the slow cooker.

Gary, can you or someone with a key meet me there at that time?  5:15?

Unfortunately, I've become double booked with a work event requiring me on site in Athens until 6pm (at the latest). I usually work from home on Wednesdays. Don't let my later than planned arrival stop you from enjoying my roast on the regular dinner schedule.

I feel bad for leaving opening & initial logistics solely on Gil's shoulders at this late notice. He only signed up to assist, not run the night.

If anyone would be available to come a little early to help open and assist Gil with setup. I would appreciate and probably Gil would too.
