I can come over and help with the setting up of everything. Am not sure what I am going to bring in, as my schedule has started to fill up suddenly. But I will be there to help.

Unfortunately, I've become double booked with a work event requiring me on site in Athens until 6pm (at the latest). I usually work from home on Wednesdays. Don't let my later than planned arrival stop you from enjoying my roast on the regular dinner schedule.
I feel bad for leaving opening & initial logistics solely on Gil's shoulders at this late notice. He only signed up to assist, not run the night.
If anyone would be available to come a little early to help open and assist Gil with setup. I would appreciate and probably Gil would too.
