[Men] Men's Group meeting changes

Hi all,

At the October 20, 2021 Men's Group meeting, hosted by Chris Jacobs at the Marietta Boat Club, we discussed future meeting concerns involving scheduling, Covid precautions and the size of many of our host's residences.

Roger Kalter switched hosting duties with Darryl Ting.  Roger will host our November 2021 meeting and Darryl will host the December meeting.

All men present at the meeting indicated they had been fully vaccinated against Covid and we affirmed our group's expectation that any men attending upcoming meetings are expected to be vaccinated.  Nonetheless, a larger venue such as the FUUSM Social Hall with the upgraded HVAC system would likely offer a better meeting site than several of the member's individual homes during this Pandemic period.  Therefor, the November and December meetings were suggested to take place in the Social Hall.  Future meeting sites will be left to the discretion of the individual host.
