[Men] Fix-it Helpees

At the last men's group, I proposed that we develop a list of people whom
we think qualify for our fix-it help and then let those people know we are
willing to help them.  And I said I would initiate developing the list.
So this is my draft to kick off development of that list.

Brad Bond, Lori Fahn, Margaret Fredericks, Chris Keller, Beth Lepore, John
Maddox, Nina Redd, Jean Smith, Ron Tepley, Jane Tumas-Serna
Less sure about ... Bev Bradley, Lee Ann Gallucci
