I painted Primer today on all but one of the remaining upstairs holes drilled in the exterior walls as part of the RE Building Blown-in Insulation Project. Jim Grecni did the same Wednesday for the holes at the top of the two-story stairway wall. I added spackling to that one last upstairs hole, so we can primer it tomorrow. And, I did some extra cleaning of the upstairs, readying it for use Sunday.

Thus, we are essentially done with the work on the 2nd Floor of the RE Building.

Tomorrow afternoon, we will be moving to focus on the Downstairs Area. If you are not too tired from Working on Outdoors B&G projects in the morning, your help with the Downstairs Insulation Repairs in the afternoon. We have done 2nd coat of Spackling on most of the holes. Thus, we will be doing Final Sanding and Primering for most of the areas. Then, there is lots of cleanup needed. The Vacuum Cleaner only goes so far at picking up sanding dust. I have a dust mop and pads.

Lastly, I spoke to EGI, the Insulating contractor, and they are holding their price to their estimated price, even though it took them 3-1/2 workdays to complete the work rather than the estimated two.

Regards,

Dave
