[Men] Decorating the exterior of the church

Hi all,


Weather looks good for Saturday!


A reminder - our Men's Group is tackling the exterior decoration of the church for the holiday season this Saturday at 10:00 AM.  Much of the project involves stringing lights along the top rail of the fence on the front and Putnam Street side along with sprucing up and hanging the front door decorations.  Should there be a lot of leaves on the ground, we may want to do a little yard work.


Last year, Darryl was kind enough to loan us a timer and a couple of extension cords and he indicated he would provide them again this year.  We need one more extension cord to run along the bottom steps, approximately 12' or so in length.  Jane Tumas-Serna told me that she would stop by and may contribute some garland and a couple of wreaths.


I do not have a key to the church, so whoever possesses a key - George, can you be there a little early?   I plan to bring wire and a couple of pliers to work with wiring the lights to the top rail.  I'm not sure what other tools might be needed other than something to gather leaves, if necessary.
